Returns & Exchanges:

lf you are unhappy with your order within 14 days of receiving it, we will give you a refund to your original method of payment or store credit. We also offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please go to our Returns Portal and follow instructions.

After the product is returned, please allow 5 to 7 business days for a refund to be issued.

A $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund once items are returned.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags attached. Shoes must also be unworn and in their original boxes. Accessories, jewelry, swimsuits, skincare, cosmetics, napkins, paper plates, perfumes and candles may not be returned. Byredo and Diptyque products may not be returned.

All sales with a discount of 60% or above are FINAL SALE and not eligible for return or exchange. Prices ending in $.99 are FINAL SALE.
